Built by people who got tired of handoffs
The Think Digital started because the build team and the growth team kept blaming each other. We put them in the same room instead.
From a shared frustration to a shared team
The Think Digital was founded in 2017 by a developer and a growth marketer who kept getting hired separately to fix the same broken handoff: agencies that built beautiful sites no one could find, and agencies that drove traffic to sites that couldn't convert it.
We built the studio we wished existed — one team, one roadmap, one number everyone is accountable to. Nine years later that's still the whole pitch.
Four things we don't compromise on
One dashboard, no black boxes
Every client sees the same numbers we do — traffic, spend, and conversions, updated live, not summarized once a month.
You keep the keys
Your site, your accounts, your data. We build it and hand you full access from day one — no lock-in required to keep working with us.
Opinions get tested, not argued
When we disagree on a headline or a layout, we run it as a test instead of debating it in a meeting.
Fast is not an excuse for sloppy
We move quickly because the process is disciplined, not because we skip steps. QA happens before launch, every time.
Small enough to know your project
A dozen designers, developers, and marketers — every client works directly with the people doing the work.
Reyna Marsh
Ten years running paid and SEO programs before co-founding the studio. Still writes the strategy briefs herself.
Devon Kato
Leads architecture on every build. Believes the best CMS is the one your team forgets is even there.
Sofia Pellegrin
Sets the visual direction for every project and keeps the whole portfolio from ever looking like a template.
Jonah Traoré
Manages the studio's ad accounts and the weekly pacing calls no client ever has to ask for.
Amara Lindqvist
Turns technical audits into content calendars that writers can actually follow.
Marcus Chen
Builds most of the custom React work and keeps every site's Lighthouse score embarrassingly high.
